FALL
FESTIVAL
The
Christ UMC tutors for the Capitol
Street Boy’s & Girl’s Club are sponsoring their
Fall Festival. Volunteers are needed to help with festival and donations are
also needed to fund the event. Contact Nina Redding at 601-956-6958 or

STEWPOT FOOD PANTRY
Stewpot has seen a 30 percent increase in clients and a 15 percent drop in donations this year! Let’s help stock the Food Pantry so that Stewpot can continue to feed the many individuals and families that come to them for help each day. There is a critical need for non-perishable or canned meat. Please bring canned tuna, chicken, roast beef, chili, or hearty soups and drop off in the Mission Collection Carts. Thank you!

HOPE HOUSE GARAGE SALE

Hope House is a place of hospitality and lodging for cancer patients undergoing treatment in Jackson, Donations welcome!!! Drop off clothing and other items 8a - 5p Monday – Thursday and Friday until noon. Drop furniture off on Thursday of Friday of Garage Sale week. Thank you
FUNDRAISER FOR MISSIONS
$10 per bag
Because of the wonderful response to
our special blend Missions Coffee, pre-orders will no longer be required.
We
will have whole bean and ground coffee available for purchase on Sunday mornings at the Missions Table in the Great Hall.
The cost is $10 per bag, $5 of each
purchase will go to support international missions of the
church.
In addition, your purchase
will allow Passionate Harvest to continue supporting the work and
ministry around the world of Christian coffee farmers, missionaries and
church plant coffee shops.
The Christ United Methodist Missions coffee is a wonderul medium-bodied blend of beans from Ethiopia and New Guinea.
