To Schedule a Wedding:
Call Sue Shamblin at 601-914-7116 to give her your date preference.  She will check the calendar as to availability of Sanctuary the night before for rehearsal and the day of your wedding.  In addition, dates must be cleared with Minister of Music.  After the date has cleared you will receive a call to come in, receive a wedding packet and pay your deposit.
We have a wedding coordinator, Rosemary Clark, who assists with all weddings booked at the church.

To Schedule a Funeral to be held at the church:
Contact one of our ministers, or call Sue Shamblin at 601-914-7116, let the church know of the death and that you want to have the funeral here at the church.  The minister and funeral director will guide you through the process of planning the service. The church sound technician, organist and music minister will be notified of the service. We will print a program or order of service if requested.  Give details (i.e. special hymns, special scripture, soloists, etc.) to the minister with whom you are planning the service.

To Schedule a Baptism:
Call Sue Shamblin, Lead Pastor’s assistant, at 601-914-7116 to schedule a date.  We will then gather some information such as child’s full name, date of birth, place of birth, parents full names including mother’s maiden name, address, phone, etc.  Prior to the baptism we will schedule a meeting for the parents to meet with David Brownlee. There are a few dates per year that we do not have baptisms, such as the first Sunday of each month when we have communion, or when special events occur during the worship service time.
